This tragic event in Orlando is an opportunity to connect the dots in an ever simple global world; as explained in Splitting Pennies - key to understanding Forex markets and how our global financial system includes understanding international politics, and specifically US foreign policy, and how it is connected to the US Dollar as a world reserve currency. Forex is information brokerage, both as a facilitator and as primary emission of that information. It is by itself, information - as well, those who play 'the great game' use it to execute their strategem.
This event, is a domestic event with no implications on the markets (although maybe a short term boom for Smith & Wesson (SWHC). It's not going to affect Forex, directly. But it will affect foreign policy - not by itself, but as one woven yarn in a policy sweater. There will be in the days and months ahead, political aggressiveness to 'fight terrorism.' This event alone, would not be sufficient to go to war with Syria for example, but in the area of domestic support of foreign actions, such events are key to seizing the hearts and minds of the average American, and in this case also the LGBT community - embroiled in domestic disputes of their own.
The fact that the shooter was in contact with the FBI isn't necessarily suspicious. The FBI is in contact with millions of people all around the world, connected to cases, and their daily operations. The fact that shooter worked for this G4S, as reported first here on Zero Hedge - is highly suspicious. Omar Mateen effectively worked for DHS, although through a subcontracted private company. This is the "Department of Homeland Security" designed to protect us from such 'terrorists.'

What an interesting coincidence, that a Washington based think tank that worries about a declining budget (because of declining real military threats) and declining power, should within a short year after publishing their report have the justification they need to increase their budgets and power by 10. Or more recently, look at evidence of Sandy Hook false flag here and here.
So was this event a false flag - to escalate our involvement in Syria, Ukraine, or a number of other global hotspots? Possible, but not probable.

Another day, another massacre of innocents in the US of A. 14 people
were shot to death during a mass shooting on December 2nd at the Inland
Regional Center in the city of San Bernardino, California, about 100km
east of Los Angeles. Another 21 people were wounded in what was the
worst mass shooting since the Sandy Hook massacre in December 2012.

At 11am local time last Wednesday, masked gunmen - initially reported as
a team of three - "dressed head-to-toe in black tactical gear and vests
stuffed with ammunition magazines", entered one of the three main
buildings on the site and made their way to the conference room, where
staff for the county's Department of Public Health were enjoying a
Christmas office party. From the moment they opened fire, the shooting
reportedly lasted 5-8 minutes, during which the gunmen "never said a word" and fired about 75 rounds into the group of unarmed civilians, with eyewitnesses saying they paused only to reload their weapons.
The sight of heavily-armed police officers swarming the Regional Center
was apparently so familiar to employees there that they initially
thought they were witnessing "another active shooter drill". Indeed, according to the LA Times, active shooter drills take place there every "every month or so". Watch as employees remark upon how realistic this latest 'drill' appears, completely oblivious to the fact that some of their colleagues nearby have been shot to death:

Close to nineteen months have passed since the event known as the Sandy Hook Massacre transpired. Amazingly, there has still been no conclusive evidence put forth by any of the families affected or the investigators involved to dispel the many ‘conspiracy theories’ that have evolved from the event. In fact, new mysteries seem to expose themselves even more as time passes by.
From Douglas Cottle, who died Sept 29, 2012, at age 62 to Michael Bellmore, who died May 3, 2014 at age 27, more questions than answers seem to arise. The Connecticut State Police Commander, the Connecticut State Police Commissioner, the Western Connecticut State Police Commander as well as the Connecticut State Medical Examiner have all been eliminated from the story either by retiring or death. What better way to cover up any possibility of ever disclosing the truth ? What better way to perpetuate conspiracy theories?
Perhaps the death of Douglas Cottle was an unfortunate incident compounding the grief of Alissa Parker when she lost her daughter Emilie in the Sandy Hook tragedy. He was her father and the Grandfather of Emilie. He was a 62 year old dentist from Ogden,, Utah who sustained serious injuries while participating in his ninth LOTOJA 206 mile bicycle race on Sept 9, 2012. According to his daughter, she thinks another racer may have clipped his tire, throwing him off the bike where he crash landed on his face. His face suffered over 30 fractures ! Perhaps if repeatedly beaten with a tire iron, one could sustain 30 fractures. I find it highly improbable that a fall from a bicycle could inflict such injuries.(1)
Nevertheless, Mr. Cottle was sent to an ‘elderly care’ facility after being released from the hospital, apparently because the VA hospital was full. Mr Cottle was reportedly combative at times at the center as he repeatedly tried to rip out his feeding tube, despite their attempts to restrain him. He was uncooperative and reportedly tried to stand on his own, against the advice of his physician, which led to his falling down and sustaining yet another head injury. This time his injuries proved fatal and he died on Sept 29.
Was this a case of a terrible accident (there hadn’t been a fatal accident in LOTOJA’S 30 years of racing), compounded by a lack of critical care rendered to an apparently healthy individual (prior to the race), or was it the apparent removal of a person who may have had foreknowledge and was unwilling to participate in such an endeavor as the Sandy Hook Hoax ? From all of the nice things said about him in his obituaries, I truly believe this was a good man. At least in the case of Mr. Cottle, there is somewhat of an explanation as to the events and injuries that led to his demise. More recently, the death of William Podgorski, the CT State Police Western District Commander, who was also a Lead Investigator in the Sandy Hook incident remains unexplained. He died after a ‘brief, undisclosed illness’ followed by surgery on Monday, June 16 at Yale-New Haven Hospital at the age of 49. According to a friend of mine who had seen Bill Podgorski just a short time before his death, he appeared in perfect health. No further information has been released regarding this sudden death.(2)
