Trust The Plan/Always Chimp: a new kind of 'community relations service'
Whenever
there's a horrific interracial attack of the black-on-racist variety,
there's a familiar script that we've all gotten so used to that it has
become a kind of liturgy. It goes something like this: a multiple felon,
frequently let out early on parole, breaks into a pretty young blonde
college student's house, rapes her, strangles her to death, mutilates
her body, and is found wandering outside with his shirt soaked in her
blood, shouting "I just wanted to kill that white bitch!" In the
atrocity's aftermath, the girl's bereaved father holds a press
conference. Looking dolefully into the camera, he intones, "In this time
of loss for our family, please do not use our grief to turn this into a
racial issue. This horrible tragedy is an isolated incident, committed
by a troubled young man with mental health issues. As Christians we are
called upon by God to forgive, and we hope that he gets the help he
needs. Don't look back in anger."
This script is so familiar that
it has engendered a pervasive background of frustrated despair
throughout that subset of the population that has retained some modicum
of sane instinct in the face of postmodern antinaturalism. What is wrong
with white men? Have they all been castrated? Are they just golden
retrievers, with their instincts for self-preservation and familial
loyalty completely bred out by a thousand years of living in a high
trust society? Have they been MKULTRAed so deeply that they can't see
what's happening even when it comes for their own children? It's all
over, man, there's no saving these people, they deserve everything
that's coming for them, etcetera, etcetera. The responses from the
online right to the don't-make-this-about-race liturgy have become as
familiar as the liturgy itself, almost a part of the performance.
As it turns out, like everything in the false and homosexual
manufactured consensus of the hyperreal television age, none of that is
true. The statements of those families are not organic, and they never
were.
Title X of the 1964 Civil Rights Act created a secretive
government agency that you've never heard of: the Community Relations
Service. The explicit goal of the CRS was to further the political aims
of the Civil Rights movement. It played an active role in stage-managing
demonstrations and riots, and it worked to actively prevent whites from
fighting back against those riots, for instance by leaning on the media
to downplay the damage to life and property while deflecting attention
from the role played by Civil Rights leaders in inciting violence. You

The most repugnant aspect of the CRS's secretive mission has been to
intervene in cases of incendiary interracial crime by pressuring the
victims and their families to stick to the this-isn't-about-race script.
Exactly how they apply pressure isn't known. It's likely that the
'conciliators' of the CRS would start out by speaking in the priestly
grammar of concern and compassion: we're just there to help, to advise,
tragedies such as those that befell your child are just the kind of
thing that racist white supremacists seize upon in order to drive a
wedge into Our Community, let us help you navigate the bewildering media
environment in this difficult time. Such soft-spoken manipulation works
very well on a lot of people, particularly those in a state of
emotional shock from the sudden eruption of horror into their peaceful,
ordinary lives. Of course it won't work on everyone: some will want
blood. Those who don't cooperate might be warned that if they say
anything prejudicial to the media, this might be interpreted as jury
tampering, possibly leading to the murderer being let off and getting
whoever spoke out of turn hauled into court themselves for interfering
with judicial proceedings. And we wouldn't want anything like that to
happen, would we? Why, you still have two younger children ... think of
the consequences for your career if people started calling you racist,
how would you support them? ... and if you went to jail for obstructing
justice, they might end up in the foster care system ... not to worry,
though, there are plenty of available foster families, now that the gay
community is allowed to adopt...
That's all speculation, of course. The
truth is we have no real idea of what methods conciliators apply to
ensure that families follow the script. Not one family has ever said
anything about what the conciliators said to them behind closed doors,
and the CRS themselves certainly aren't telling. They don't have to. The CRS is specifically exempt from the Freedom of Information Act,
records kept by conciliators are destroyed, and conciliators can invoke
FBI-style confidentially privileges both in court and in front of
Congress. All we really know for sure is that essentially no one has
ever gone off script, and that no one has ever so much as talked about
the CRA. We can only surmise that families have never said anything
because their arms have been twisted into signing NDAs.
Given the
secrecy, how do we know any of this? Awareness of the CRS and its
activities began to slowly leak into the public consciousness just a
couple of years ago. In 2023 William Wheelwright and Raw Egg Nationalist
started talking about it, although this seems to have gotten lost in
the general noise of the discourse. The CRS surfaced again in June when
the Academic Agent Neema Parvini came across a book written by CRS
agents Bertram Levine and Grande Lum, America's Peacemakers: The Community Relations Service and Civil Rights, in which they spill the beans by way of bragging. Parvini made a video reporting on the book, which got the attention of Auron MacIntyre,
and between the two of them they generated enough publicity to
precipitate an online chimpout as everyone discovered that the
government had set up a secret X-files of Black Crime.
And now, several months later, the CRS is gone. Defunded. Kaput.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Pushing back against the expansion of secret government surveillance programs and the chilling impact they have on lawful First Amendment activities, The Rutherford Institute is demanding the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) disclose the details of a government program proposed by DHS in April 2018 that aims to track, monitor, catalogue and mine content posted by social media “influencers.”
In filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, Rutherford Institute attorneys are asking for all records relating to a “Media Monitoring Services” surveillance program that would create a “media influencer database” for content created and posted by journalists, editors, social media influencers, and bloggers. The Institute is asking for records and information on the program because of the chilling effect it will have on the First Amendment activities of the citizens targeted by the program.
“Government surveillance stifles dissent. The impact of this far-reaching surveillance is reduced trust, increased conformity, diminished civic participation and a populace cowed by fear,” said constitutional attorney John W. Whitehead, president of The Rutherford Institute and author of Battlefield America: The War on the American People. “The Department of Homeland Security’s secret surveillance of social media influencers is not only antithetical to the principles of a free society, but will also have a chilling and deleterious effect on the ability of all Americans to exercise their First Amendment right to free speech.”

The United States Navy wants to archive 350 billion social media posts in order to conduct “research.” What exactly does the military want to study? “Modes of collective expression.”
The Department of the Navy has posted a solicitation asking contractors to bid on a project that would amass a staggering 350 billion social media posts dating from 2014 through 2016. The data will be taken from a single social media platform – but the solicitation does not specify which one. -RT
“We seek to acquire a large-scale global historical archive of social media data, providing the full text of all public social media posts, across all countries and languages covered by the social media platform,” the contract synopsis reads. The Navy said that the archive would be used in “ongoing research efforts” into “the evolution of linguistic communities” and “emerging modes of collective expression, over time and across countries.”
This is simply spying and the research will be used for propaganda purposes, which is blatantly obvious at this point. The intentions are far from benign.
The archive will draw from publicly available social media posts and “no private communications or private user data” will be included in the database. However, all records must include the time and date at which each message was sent and the public user handle associated with the message. Additionally, each record in the archive must include all publicly available meta-data, including country, language, hashtags, location, handle, timestamp, and URLs, that were associated with the original posting. -RT
So basically, most of your information is going to be stored by the U.S. military. The data must be collected from at least 200 million unique users in at least 100 countries, with no single country accounting for more than 30 percent of users, according to the contract.
The U.S. government has previously expressed interest in collecting social media data for more tracking and spying on Americans. Last year, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security issued a notice asking contractors to bid on a database that tracks 290,000 global news sources in over 100 languages. The contract also mentioned the ability to keep tabs on“influencers,” leading some reports to speculate that the proposed database could be used to monitor journalists.
There is no way anyone could say we live in the land of the free anymore. It’s delusional to think we have any power at all. Freedom of speech is almost gone, gun rights are on the chopping block, and journalists will soon be punished by the military for not toeing the line and reporting on the official narrative (some have already been.) Censorship and manipulation are completely out of control. We are rapidly heading toward the dystopian nightmare George Orwell warned about.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents helped confirm a
migrant "child recycling" case in the El Paso Sector. They discovered
child had been "recycled" in at least two prior instances, officials
stated.
ICE Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents teamed up with
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field Operations
(OFO) officers and Border Patrol agents under a new Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) program targeting migrant "child recycling" and fraudulent familial claims made by Central American migrants.
Border Patrol agents and CBP OFO officers processing large Central
American migrant groups identified a possible fraudulent family migrant
claim, according to information obtained from CBP officials.
A CBP officer noticed several inconsistencies that led him to
believe a child was not related to the alleged family member. Under
continuing questioning from the OFO officer, Border Patrol agents, and
the HSI agents, officials obtained enough evidence to determine the
child had been "recycled" in at least two other occasions, officials
stated.
"Child recycling" is a process where a migrant child who has made
it into the U.S. is returned to Central America to be teamed up with a
new "family member" for a return journey to the U.S.
"The U.S. Border Patrol has continuously warned about the
existence of this type of illicit activity and exploitation of minors,"
CBP officials said in a written statement. "Transnational criminal
organizations continue to profit from individuals utilizing loopholes in
our immigration system to commit fraud. These groups have no concern
for the welfare or safety of the children and family groups being
smuggled to the Southwest Border."

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) discovered more than 1,000
fake families trying to sneak across the southwest U.S. border.
DHS officials said that since Oct. 1, 2018, authorities have discovered
about five fake families a day sneaking across the border with children
they have borrowed or abducted, The Washington Times reported Wednesday. Officials
worry there may be more families, saying that the 1,000 fraudulent
families discovered so far are merely the ones they have caught.
DHS officials have also noted a 315 percent increase in the number of fake family units between October 2017 and February 2018.
Homeland Security plans to start a program to check the DNA of the alleged families and ensure the safety of children who are being used in this way.
"The whole goal here is to identify these fake family units," an official told The Washington Times.
This escalating strategy is a result of the 2015 Flores settlement
update that makes deporting families with children who claim asylum
virtually impossible, according to The Washington Times.

If you board a flight out of the United States four years from now, chances are the government is going to scan your face — an ambitious timeline that has privacy experts reeling.
That’s according to a recent Department of Homeland Security report, which says that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) plans to dramatically expand its Biometric Exit program to cover 97 percent of outbound air passengers within four years.
Through this program, which was already in place in 15 U.S. airports at the end of 2018, passengers have their faces scanned by cameras before boarding flights out of the nation. If the AI-powered system determines that the photo doesn’t match one on file, CBP officials can look into it.
The goal of these airport face scans is purportedly to catch people who have overstayed their visas, but civil liberties expert Edward Hasbrouck sees them as potentially giving the government increased control over American citizens.
“This is opening the door to an extraordinarily more intrusive and granular level of government control, starting with where we can go and our ability to move freely about the country,” he told Buzzfeed News. “And then potentially, once the system is proved out in that way, it can literally extend to a vast number of controls in other parts of our lives.”

Why do we know so little about it?
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is quietly building
what will likely become the largest database of biometric and biographic
data on citizens and foreigners in the United States. The agency’s new Homeland Advanced Recognition Technology (HART)database will include multiple forms of biometrics—from face recognition to
DNA, data from questionable sources, and highly personal data on
innocent people. It will be shared with federal agencies outside of DHS
as well as state and local law enforcement and foreign governments. And
yet, we still know very little about it.
The records DHS plans to include in HART will chill and deter people
from exercising their First Amendment protected rights to speak,
assemble, and associate. Data like face recognition makes it possible to
identify and track people in real time, including at lawful political
protests and other gatherings. Other data DHS is planning to
collect—including information about people’s “relationship patterns” and
from officer “encounters” with the public—can be used to identify
political affiliations, religious activities, and familial and friendly
relationships. These data points are also frequently colored by
conjecture and bias.
In late May, EFF filed comments criticizing DHS’s plans to collect,
store, and share biometric and biographic records it receives from
external agencies and to exempt this information from the federal Privacy Act.
These newly-designated “External Biometric Records” (EBRs) will be
integral to DHS’s bigger plans to build out HART. As we told the agency
in our comments, DHS must do more to minimize the threats to privacy and
civil liberties posed by this vast new trove of highly sensitive
personal data.

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security wants to monitor hundreds of thousands of news sources around the world and compile a database of journalists, editors, foreign correspondents, and bloggers to identify top “media influencers.”
It’s seeking a contractor that can help it monitor traditional news sources as well as social media and identify “any and all” coverage related to the agency or a particular event, according to a request for information released April 3.
The data to be collected includes a publication’s “sentiment” as well as geographical spread, top posters, languages, momentum, and circulation. No value for the contract was disclosed.

According to a Senate subcommittee testimony last week, nearly 1,500 immigrant children were lost in government arranged foster homes last year, with the suspicion that many of them were kidnapped by human traffickers.
During the hearing, Senator Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota told child protection representatives with the Health and Human Services Department (HHS) that they were “the worst foster parents in the world.”
“You are the worst foster parents in the world. You don’t even know where they are. We are failing. I don’t think there is any doubt about it. And when we fail kids that makes me angry,” Heitkamp said.
Many of the children are still unaccounted for, but some of them who have been found were held captive by human traffickers in terrible conditions.
Subcommittee Chairman Senator Rob Portman said that an investigation into the lost children began after the HHS put eight children from Guatemala into the custody of human traffickers, who forced them to work on a farm for 12 hours a day without pay.
“It is intolerable that human trafficking — modern-day slavery — could occur in our own backyard. What makes the Marion cases even more alarming is that a U.S. government agency was responsible for delivering some of the victims into the hands of their abusers,” Portman said after learning of the case.
“Whatever your views on immigration policy, everyone can agree that the administration has a responsibility to ensure the safety of the migrant kids that have entered government custody until their immigration court date,” Portman said.
Since that incident came to light, HHS and The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) promised to check up on the unaccompanied immigrant children who passed through their care. After these checkups, it was revealed that many more children were slipping through the cracks than anyone anticipated.
Acting assistant secretary at HHS, Steven Wagner, told the committee that between October and December of 2017, HHS called 7,635 children that the agency placed with sponsors and they were only able to track down 6,075 of them. At least 28 of them had reportedly run away, five others were deported, 52 were living with someone else and 1,475 were missing.

The Department of Homeland Security posted a contract request this week for "Media Monitoring Services," which will compile a database of hundreds of thousands of journalists, bloggers and "media influencers" for the federal government. After an outcry on social media, a Department of Homeland Security spokesman tweeted "this is nothing more than the standard practice of monitoring current events in the media."
The work request from DHS seeks a firm that has the ability to monitor up to 290,000 global news sources; ability to track media coverage in up to 100 languages and the ability to "track online, print, broadcast, cable, radio, trade and industry publications, local sources, national/international outlets, traditional news sources, and social media."
The work request also seeks the ability to build lists of journalists based on beat, location, outlet type/size and journalist role. Creating an online "media influence database" is also included.
DHS spokesman Tyler Q. Houlton tweeted that "despite what some reporters may suggest," this is "standard."
"Any suggestion otherwise is fit for tin foil hat wearing, black helicopter conspiracy theorists," Houlton wrote.

"A Syrian cinematographer up for an Academy Award Sunday night has been reportedly barred from entering the U.S. over the finding of "derogatory information" - a vague term that can mean anything from a simple passport irregularity to terror connections. Khaled Khateeb, 21, who worked on the Netflix documentary "White Helmets," was scheduled to arrive in California on Saturday. He was issued a visa to attend the awards show, however the Associated Press' internal U.S. government correspondence reported that Turkish authorities detained him this week."
This was the revelation that we woke up to, this morning... It appears that US Homeland Security has once more, refused entry, to the White Helmet operatives. The previous time this happened was in April 2016 when White Helmets leader, Raed Saleh, was denied entry into the US to receive an award from InterAction, for his contributions to "humanitarian relief". Mark Toner of the US State Department, tried hard to field difficult questions from Matt Lee of AP but failed dismally, finally admitting that it was Saleh's possible "extremist connections" that had resulted in his deportation from the US.

A. There are many Trump supporters within the FBI. The CIA, however, is against Trump because Trump threatens to ruin their game in the middle east.

A. CIA and Mossad work in tandem with British intel. The goal for the CIA was to replace Assad with a puppet and to topple Iran so we could access their oil. Israel works closely with it's "sister", Saudi Arabia, to help this dark cause.
Q. So it seems like the intel community has it in for Trump. How can he protect himself?
A. Trump has a tremendous opportunity here, but needs to circle wagons. The travel ban included 7 countries chosen by both Jared Kushner and Rudy. Why did it not include Saudi Arabia, or Pakistan, or Turkey or other countries that hate us? The seven nations mentioned were chosen by Israel, that's why. And the unspoken alliance of Israel and Saudi Arabia should be exposed. They are brother and sister. Jared Kushner needs to be careful with what he says and to whom. But, the biggest thing Trump can do is expose PedoGate via Sessions. Big names will go down hard, and it gets the blood suckers drained from the swamp. There are as many pedophiles on the Republican side as there is with democrats, but Trump is in a unique position to truly "clean up Dodge", so to speak. I can tell you that what is in Anthony Weiner's hard drive, and what videos exist via Jeffery Epstein, WILL BRING massive arrests - in time. Trump's legacy could be truly great if he was to purge the CIA, stop the extortion, prosecute the pedophiles and reinstate the death penalty for pedo's convicted a second time. Pedogate is his path to greatness.
Q. How does Russia fit into all this?
A. The CIA and Israel are responsible for the creation of Isis. Isis was created specifically to weaken Iran and destabilize Syria. It worked for awhile until Putin shored up Assad and bolstered Iranian Qud forces. The real reason you see such anti-Russian fever from both Schumer and McCain, Graham and Feinstein, is because the operation has blown up in our faces.

Yesterday, Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told Congress the Trump administration may soon require that visitors to the United States provide their social media passwords and internet activity history to DHS agents before entering the country.
In response to a question from Congressman Higgins about what DHS will do to make sure visa applicants don’t mean harm to the United States, Kelly said:
[I]f they come in…we want to say for instance, ‘What sites do you visit? And give us your passwords.’
So that we can see what they do on the internet. And this might be a week, might be a month. They may wait some time for us to vet. If they don’t want to give us that information then they don’t come. We may look at their—we want to get on their social media with passwords. What do you do? What do you say? If they don’t want to cooperate, then they don’t come in.
There’s other things like that. So these are the things we’re thinking about. No one should take this as this is what we’re going to do right now. But over there, we can ask them for this kind of information. And if they truly want to come to America they’ll cooperate. If not, you know, next in line.
It appears as if Secretary Kelly was talking about demanding social media passwords and internet history records during the visa application process, but there are reasons to fear the Trump administration could extend these surveillance demands to other groups—even US citizens and legal permanent residents.

File this under Another Unsettling Development: People who want to
travel to the United States may soon have their Facebook profiles and
other social media accounts "vetted" by the Department of Homeland
Security (DHS) before entering.
A proposed change to the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) and to Form I-94W posted
to the government's Federal Register last week suggests adding the
following question: "Please enter information associated with your
online presence—Provider/Platform—Social media identifier."
These forms are filled out by all international travelers who wish to travel to the U.S. under the Visa Waiver Program.
The report states that this would be an "optional data field to request
social media identifiers to be used for vetting purposes, as well as
applicant contact information."
"Collecting social media data will enhance the existing
investigative process and provide DHS greater clarity and visibility to
possible nefarious activity and connections by providing an additional
tool set which analysts and investigators may use to better analyze and
investigate the case," the department further notes.
As Fusion reporter Kashmir Hill wrote, this overly broad request raises many questions for travelers.
"As phrased that could include your Twitter handle, the url for your
Facebook page, your OkCupid or Grindr handle, your Instagram account,
your Tumblr, your Vine account, your Snapchat, your Reddit account, your
Pinterest page, your PornHub account, and any random messaging forums
in which you take part," Hill said. "Where does it end? Must you include an account if it's private?"
Joseph Lorenzo Hall, chief technologist with The Center for Democracy & Technology, who first drew attention to the change, told the BBC that he hopes that U.S. government "rethinks" the proposal.
"Democracy in general requires having spaces free from government
scrutiny and increasingly social life happens online," Hall said. "We
would have a poor society if people were chilled from participating in
social activity online so I really hope they rethink this."
For what it's worth, the government is accepting comment on this proposal for the next 59 days.
This tragic event in Orlando is an opportunity to connect the dots in an ever simple global world; as explained in Splitting Pennies - key to understanding Forex markets and how our global financial system includes understanding international politics, and specifically US foreign policy, and how it is connected to the US Dollar as a world reserve currency. Forex is information brokerage, both as a facilitator and as primary emission of that information. This event, is a domestic event with no implications on the markets (although maybe a short term boom for Smith & Wesson (SWHC). It's not going to affect Forex, directly. But it will affect foreign policy - not by itself, but as one woven yarn in a policy sweater. There will be in the days and months ahead, political aggressiveness to 'fight terrorism.' This event alone, would not be sufficient to go to war with Syria for example, but in the area of domestic support of foreign actions, such events are key to seizing the hearts and minds of the average American, and in this case also the LGBT community - embroiled in domestic disputes of their own.
The fact that the shooter was in contact with the FBI isn't necessarily suspicious. The FBI is in contact with millions of people all around the world, connected to cases, and their daily operations. The fact that shooter worked for this G4S, as reported first here on Zero Hedge - is highly suspicious. Omar Mateen effectively worked for DHS, although through a subcontracted private company. This is the "Department of Homeland Security" designed to protect us from such 'terrorists.'

Though the TSA has never been effective at catching or reducing terrorism, it has become very good at inconveniencing Americans.
Rifling through their things, herding them through x-ray machines reminiscent of Nazi policies, forcing people to withstand increasingly long lines, with many people even losing out on flights. All in the name of security.
After wait times across the country have made headlines and left airport travelers stranded and fed up, Homeland Security chief Jeh Johnson, whose agency overseas the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), is calling for a solution based in… what else… greater security.
Secretary Johnson is using the 2016 travel crisis to push for more sign-ups in its Pre-Check program, in which applicants undergo a rigorous background check and pay an $85 fee for speedy TSA screenings. Johnson dubbed it “the E-ZPass of airports.”

Police State America is using 'secret' ministers, teachers, social workers to spy on us.
According to a NJ.com article, the FBI/DHS are enlisting clergy, social workers and mental health professionals to counsel (spy on) troubled people who voice support for terrorism. They're calling this group of spies "Shared Responsibility Committees" (SRC).
The FBI and DHS have led forums in NJ and even launched a social media campaign warning about terror groups like ISIS, environmental extremists and sovereign-citizen movements. In other words, they're attempting to vilify anyone speaking out against the government.
Police are 'secretly' using priests, social workers and doctors to spy on us.
SRC members, must sign confidentiality agreements, and can't consult outside experts on treatment plans. Police are using "secret non-disclosure agreements" to spy on our cell phones and now this. Having ministers and doctors sign 'secret' agreements to spy on us, is this some sort of sick, perverted joke?
But wait, it gets worse.
Law enforcement is also allowed to pose as clergy, social workers etc.
"The church and faith community are now being faced with the reality that the government is sending IRS agents pretending to be members of the clergy into Christian meetings, gatherings and services for the distinct purpose of the government "spying" on them said Rev. Patrick J. Mahoney, Director of the Christian Defense Coalition.
Unfortunately, churches spying on members is nothing new, last year I warned everyone that "Churches were paying the gov't up to $100 a month to spy on families!
The gov't hopes the money churches donate to spy on parishioners will be used to support a regional (spying) supervisor in the future.
"The service is free for the state and instead relies on donations from enrolled churches. The suggested monthly rate of $100 would eventually support a regional supervisor to mediate between churches and the department."
And if they doesn't turn your stomach, churches have begun using facial recognition to spy on their members.

Terrorism Is a Real Threat … But the Threat to the U.S. from Muslim Terrorists Has Been Exaggerated
An FBI report shows that only a small percentage of terrorist attacks carried out on U.S. soil between 1980 and 2005 were perpetrated by Muslims.
Princeton University’s Loon Watch compiled the following chart from the FBI’s data:

According to this data, there were more Jewish acts of
terrorism within the United States than Islamic (7% vs 6%). These
radical Jews committed acts of terrorism in the name of their religion.
These were not terrorists who happened to be Jews; rather, they were
extremist Jews who committed acts of terrorism based on their religious
passions, just like Al-Qaeda and company.
(Loon Watch also notes that less than 1% of terror attacks in Europe were carried out by Muslims.)
U.S. News and World Report noted in February of this year:
Of the more than 300 American deaths from political
violence and mass shootings since 9/11, only 33 have come at the hands
of Muslim-Americans, according to the Triangle Center on Terrorism and Homeland Security.
The Muslim-American suspects or perpetrators in these or other
attempted attacks fit no demographic profile—only 51 of more than 200
are of Arabic ethnicity. In 2012, all but one of the nine
Muslim-American terrorism plots uncovered were halted in early stages.
That one, an attempted bombing of a Social Security office in Arizona,
caused no casualties.

Over 16,000 purported terrorists who are either "confirmed" or "reportedly" dead are included in various US 'terror' lists, a recently-leaked US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) document marked "for official use only" reveals.
According to an assessment that was prepared by the DHS's Office of
Intelligence and Analysis in August 2015, US agencies can't properly
trace or detect suspected terrorists. This is due to the breakdown of
the so-called "watchlist" system which the US government had
implemented, the popular whistleblower website The Intercept, which
obtained that document, reported.
"A significant number of 'dead' and 'reportedly dead' KSTs [known or
suspected terrorists] cannot be placed on the No Fly List, because of
insufficient biographic information needed to deny boarding to them,"
The Intercept quoted the Office of Intelligence and Analysis as saying.
Another expert, Hina Shamsi, the director of the
American Civil Liberty Union's National Security Project, outlined that
not only dead suspects get wrongfully included in the lists; they also
contain the names of people who are alive and sometimes innocent.
She pointed out that detecting suspects using a 'no-fly list' usually
leads to the "most draconian consequences" for unjustly convicted
individuals.
"There is no meaningful way to challenge wrongful inclusion and correct government error," she said.
The other obstacle is that many of the watch lists compiled by different
agencies appear to partly overlap, which leads the US authorities to
make more and more mistakes when searching for terrorists, the media
outlet noted. For instance, the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC),
State Department and FBI all have separate databases containing
intelligence on suspected terrorists.
What's more, the DHS's document reads that those agencies also have
different approaches to dealing with the term 'death'. In practice, this
leads to various possibilities for the interpretation of different
lists. For example, the paper said that about 20 percent of those
'confirmed dead' in NCTC's Terrorist Identities Datamart Environment
list are marked as 'remain watchlisted' in the FBI's Terrorist Screening
Database. When it comes to 'reportedly dead' terrorists, the figures
are almost the same - roughly 20 percent of them are being searched for
via the no-fly list.
