James O’KeefeandProject Veritas released alarming new undercover video, leaked documents, and testimony from a Google insider revealing the tech giant’s plans to meddle in US politics and “prevent a Trump situation in 2020.”
One aspect of the report features undercover footage of longtime Google employee and Head of Responsible Innovation, Jen Gennai,
saying Google has been working diligently to “prevent” the results of
the 2016 election from repeating in 2020, meaning they are actively
engaging in election meddling and working to elect someone from the
Democratic Party.
And the Google executives have deleted their social media pages.
Jen Gennai, the Google executive caught on video bragging that
“Congress can pressure us but we’re not changing,” panicked, deleted her
Twitter account and made her Instagram ‘private.’
Gaurav Gite, the Google engineer revealing the tech giant’s actions
to manipulate its algorithms based on its own definition of “fairness,”
has deleted his Facebook page.
Paul Joseph Watson’s sardonic YouTube monologues against social-justice warriors, mass immigration and modern art have racked up millions of views and have even caught the attention of President Donald Trump. Last week, Facebook designated Watson a ‘dangerous individual’ and banned him permanently, alongside others on the right. spiked caught up with this ‘dangerous individual’ to find out more about social-media censorship.
spiked: How did you find out you had been banned from Facebook?
Paul Joseph Watson: I received no notification
whatsoever from Facebook. Facebook did not even send me a stock email to
tell me my page had been deleted. I found out about it by media
reports. I was on Twitter trawling through my feed. I saw CNN: ‘Paul
Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer and Milo Yiannopoulos have been banned.’ I
thought, ‘Oh, really?’. I checked my Facebook and my Instagram and they
were still up. They were still active for about half an hour after the
first media reports came out. So immediately that tells you that they
had given the story to the media, to get their justification out ahead
of time, so that they could own the narrative.
They gave the story to the same media outlets like CNN, where their
journalist Oliver Darcy has spent the past 18 months lobbying the
social-media firms to ban CNN’s competition. People like Darcy have been
abusing their platform and acting as activists rather than journalists,
going to Facebook, YouTube and Twitter and saying repeatedly, ‘Oh,
doesn’t this post violate your policy? Doesn’t this violate your policy?’.
It’s not just Darcy. There is also the likes of Jared Holt at Right Wing Watch and Will Sommers at the Daily Beast,
who have been very successful in silencing a great percentage of the
online people who were instrumental in getting Trump elected. This has
never been about ‘bullying’, ‘harassment’ or ‘hate’, whatever those
mean; it’s about them fomenting this political purge ahead of the 2020
elections.
Jussie Smollett story is a microcosm of what is wrong with America and the mainstream media.
On Thursday, US actor Jussie Smollett was arrested in Chicago after being charged with filing a false police report.
Smollett, a gay African-American actor who stars on the hit TV show Empire,
claimed that on January 29 he was the victim of a hate crime when two
white men hurled racist and homophobic slurs at him, punched, kicked and
poured bleach over him, and then put a noose around his neck while
taunting him by proclaiming "this is MAGA (Make America Great Again)
country."
Smollett's story was dubious to some because the idea of two
Trumpites out at 2am in progressive Chicago hunting gay black men with a
noose and bleach in minus 20 degree weather seemed far-fetched, as does
the idea that they would be pop-culturally aware enough to have watched
Empire and recognize a marginal celebrity like Smollett in the first place.
In the wake of Smollett's unusual claims, the media uncritically accepted his story and numerous celebrities such as Emma Watson, Katy Perry, Olivia Munn, and Ariana Grande tweeted vociferous support. Actress Ellen Page gave a heartfelt speech on The Late Show with Colbert laying the blame for Smollett's attack at the feet of "homophobic" Vice President Mike Pence.
Democratic presidential hopefuls chimed as well, with Kamala Harris and Cory Booker
both calling the attack a "modern-day lynching," and a cavalcade of
other politicians who tweeted their unquestioning support for Jussie and
devout belief in his story.
The problem with all of the belief in Smollett is that, like Ms. Page's impassioned Late Show rant, it was entirely based on emotion and not reason.
Brandon Turbeville Activist Post Over the past several days, Israel has been throwing its typical series of fits and tantrums both to its patron in Washington and to the “international community” that Iran may finally have the gall to defend itself. Of course, Iran’s possible actions are not presented as self-defense but as unjustified aggression and “hatred” of the settler state. Israel is typically declaring its right to “defend itself” but, in reality, that “defense” is nothing more than another act of offense in a long line of offenses against Iran.
Israeli media is now boosting up the idea that Iran is planning to launch missiles at Jerusalem as well as a coordinated attack against Israel with Hezbollah and “Shiites” in Syria as revenge for the numerous illegal attacks against Iran that Israel has undertaken in Syria over the last seven years.
One need only take a look at a recent article published in the Jerusalem Post to see a sampling of what Israeli media and the Israeli government are attempting to get across in terms of laying the groundwork for a “pre-emptive” strike on Iran.The article reads,
Israel is bracing for a barrage of missiles to be launched toward military positions along its northern front from Syria by Shi’ite militias trained and funded by Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps. Iran is reportedly very determined to carry out an attack. Intelligence reports have indicated such an attack is in the advanced planning stages and might soon be executed as Iran vowed to do in retaliation for an alleged Israeli air strike against the T4 airbase near Homs used by the IRGC two months ago. Israel has allegedly uncovered involvement by Hezbollah commanders and senior operatives from Shi’ite militias in the planning of the retaliatory strike. It is believed these militias, along with experts from Hezbollah under the command of the IRGC’s Quds Force Commander Maj.-Gen. Qassem Soleimani, will launch precision-guided missiles or armed drones from a base in Syria. “The idea is to use heavy Iranian missiles, including the Fateh-110 under the command and with the advisory work of Hezbollah but without an IRGC presence,” Channel 10 reported on Sunday night, adding that Hezbollah members from Lebanon have been brought to Syria to train Shi’ite militia members for the attack.
